    Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production in working days - hours, after your order is paid. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

  • How do my order will be delivered?

    Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 bussiness days after receipt of payment and are shipped via listed couriers (JNE / J&T) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by as-requested with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

    Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
    Package are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

    We are always try to make the shipping weight for only just 1 kg, with the assumption quantity of merchandise bought is only 1 pce. Weights would increase according to quantity of the bought merchandise.
    Remember, the origin of merchandise sent from us is from Jakarta.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be packaged, and keep informed until you have the delivery tracking number. Delivery times will depend on your location. Delivery can be expected within 1 - 2 days for Jakarta and surrounding areas, and up 4 - 14 business days for all over Indonesia's.
    Note : During peak seasons, there might be delays in order processing and shipping.

  • Any other rule and/or restriction regarding the delivered order?

    Personal Style is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after courier (JNE / J&T) has delivered the packages to the designated address.
    Customers are responsible if the courier (JNE / J&T) can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
    If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.
    If there are any shipping errors coming from Personal Style, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
    We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and exchanging the product to us.

  • How can I exchange my received merchandise?

    You are able to exchange the bought merchandise if it is not appropriate to the order of yours.
    The request of the exchangement accepted within 1 (one) day after the merchandise recieved by you.

    Provision for the exchangement follows :
    - The merchandise must be still in new condition (not used, washed, cleaned, and the price-tag, brand and care-handling-tag are still attached).
    - The exchangement must be included with the selling invoice.

    After the sent-back merchandise recieved by us, we will process the exchangement maximum within 3 (three) working-days, and be sent back the requested exchanged merchandise.
